Three steps to new room ideas

A phone photo is enough. Shoot from a corner in daylight so most of the room is visible.
Step 2: Choose a room type and style
Seven room types and 50+ styles, from Scandinavian to Industrial. Or describe the look you want in your own words.

What is Raumy?
Raumy is an AI tool for interior inspiration, made by Ichii GmbH in Berlin. You upload a photo of your room, choose a room type and a style, and get an AI-generated idea for how the room could look. It is meant for inspiration, not for exact planning.
How does Raumy work?
Sign up, upload a room photo, pick one of seven room types and one of 50+ styles (or describe your own), and you get a new idea within a minute. Your designs are saved in your account so you can compare them. The app itself is currently in German, but the steps are simple.
Is Raumy free?
You can try 3 designs for free after signing up, with a small watermark and no credit card. After that you buy one-time credit packs: 30 credits for €10, 100 credits for €25, 200 credits for €45. One credit is one design. There is no subscription.
Can I use Raumy before buying furniture?
Yes, that is one of the main reasons people use it. You can see your room in several styles and get a feel for the direction you like. The images are not to scale, so always measure your room and the furniture yourself before you buy.
Is Raumy for real-estate listings?
No. Raumy is an inspiration tool. The AI can change structural details such as windows, doors, walls, floors or proportions, so the images should not be used for listings, property marketing or anything where accuracy matters.
How accurate are the AI results?
Raumy uses your photo as the starting point, but the results are AI-generated ideas, not exact pictures of your room. Windows, doors, walls, floors, walkways and proportions can change, and sizes are not reliable. Use the results for inspiration and first directions.
Does Raumy replace an interior designer?
No. Raumy gives you quick ideas and moods. For renovations, built-in furniture, larger investments or questions about light and acoustics, a professional is the right choice, and AI ideas can be a good starting point for that conversation.
What happens to uploaded photos?
Your photos are only processed to create your designs and are stored in your account. We do not use them for advertising. Our privacy policy (in German) lists the service providers involved.
